I’m Velan, a software developer with 13+ years
of experience building web applications. Like many developers, I spend
8-10 hours daily in front of a screen, and over the years, I’ve dealt with:

  • Chronic back and neck pain from poor desk posture

After years of struggling with these issues, I decided to take my health
